Role & responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, receivables, and payables.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Review expenses and ensure proper financial controls and approvals.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, Audit.

- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.

- Lead and supervise the Finance &
- Accounts team.

- Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate for timely collections.

- Review vendor payments and ensure payments are processed on time.

- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.

- Identify areas for cost control and savings.

- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.

- Handle financial queries from management, employees, customers, and vendors.





- Review the teams work and ensure deadlines are met.

- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

- Above 7 years of experience in Finance &
- Accounts.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles &

- Tax compliance.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit.

- Experience in Tally and MS Excel.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and team-management skills.
