Job Title: Finance Manager

Experience: Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify daily financial reports from all shops/outlets.
- Manage and monitor Tally integration and ensure accurate financial data.
- Prepare and present monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain credit due lists, track payment due periods, and manage supplier/vendor payment transfers.
- Prepare monthly purchase comparison reports and analyse cost variations.
- Review and verify final accounts and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax Return (ITR) requirements.
- Monitor salary processing and ensure accurate payroll records.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support timely financial reporting.

Requirements

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting,



financial reporting, and final accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and payroll.
- Experience in P&L; preparation, MIS reporting, vendor payments, and purchase analysis.
- Solid analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
