We’re Hiring: Finance Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: MBA Finance / M.Com

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function, drive financial planning, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support costing, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closures.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
- Establish effective financial controls, accounting processes, and reporting standards.




- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
- Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA Finance / M.Com.
- 8–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including relevant Finance Manager experience.
- Robust expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash flow management, and management reporting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in an IT/ITES/BPO environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
