Role: Lead Finance Analyst

Experience: 7-9 Years

Ensure accurate reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with ATG data, resolve transaction discrepancies, and support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, documentation, and overall operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•

Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system.

•

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner.

Managing team members experience.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues.

•





Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement.

•

Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel experience.
- Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Fuel accounting operations and Inventory reconciliation is a plus.
