Profile- Finance Executive – Employee Advantages Cost Control, Expenses Analysis & MIS

Experience – 2-5 years

Ctc- 8-10LPA

Working days 5-Day Work Week

Job Purpose:

To monitor and control employee benefit and administrative expenses, ensure accurate accounting and reconciliations, support audit requirements, and provide insightful MIS reports and cost analysis for effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze employee costs including salary, bonus, gratuity, leave encashment, PF/NPS, and other benefits.
- Review payroll accounting, provisions, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis reports.
- Monitor and control administrative expenses and perform GL scrutiny.
- Support actuarial valuation data requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll,



and other departments for accurate cost reporting.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Liaise with Internal, Statutory Auditors.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in employee cost accounting, MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Key Skills:

MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis, Payroll Accounting, GL Scrutiny, Reconciliations, Audit Coordination, Advanced Excel, ERP Systems, and Stakeholder Management.
