About the Role

CredFlow is looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and statutory compliance. The role will involve maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and Professional Tax compliance.
- Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
- Handle vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
- 13 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho and Tally/accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC.
- Good analytical, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
- Startup/NBFC/Fintech experience preferred.
