This role offers exposure to global accounting operations, banking, month-end close, statutory reporting, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced retail workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.

- Manage banking operations, cash reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

- Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.

- Investigate and resolve accounting variances and stakeholder queries.

- Collaborate with finance teams across Australia to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, General Ledger, or Banking Operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

- Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close.

- Experience working with SAP.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and MS Office skills.
