The role will partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance, compliance, process efficiency, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities

- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and advisory.
- TDS review, payments, return filing, and tax audit support.
- Income tax compliance, Form 15CA (145) /15CB (146) filings, and assessment support.
- Other Compliances.
- Monthly, half-yearly, and annual SEZ filings.
- Managing statutory compliance trackers and regulatory requirements.
- FP&A; & Business Finance
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
- MIS, management reporting, dashboards, and business presentations.
- Financial analysis, profitability reviews, and decision-support reporting.
- Accounting & Reporting




- Month-end/year-end closure and financial statement preparation.
- Account reconciliations and audit coordination.
- Fixed asset accounting and insurance management.
- Projects & Process Improvement: Support due diligence, valuation, IPO, and business expansion initiatives. Drive automation, SAP reporting enhancements, process standardization, and internal controls.

- knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, SEZ regulations, and accounting standards.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Solid analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Workings Knowledge on using AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools. e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT etc.)
