- Follow up for pending documentation and compliance requirements.

- Track overdue receivables, ageing, and collection status.

- Coordinate balance confirmations and customer account settlements.

- Manage CTS/security cheque records and related banking activities.

Customer

Onboarding &

- Data Governance

- Review customer onboarding, KYC verification, and document validation.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data.

- Maintain customer files, statutory records, and policy-related documentation.

- Update and monitor customer-related trackers and master databases.

3.

Sales Operations

Coordination

- Resolve sales order and commercial queries from Sales teams.

- Facilitate timely release of cash orders.

- Support in implementation of discount, and near-expiry schemes.

- Coordinate with Sales and HO teams for operational requirements.

4. MIS, Banking &

- Reporting

- Prepare sales, collection, ageing, and business review reports.





- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.

- Maintain business hygiene reports and management dashboards.

- Provide periodic MIS and analytical reports for business reviews.

5. Schemes, Discounts &

- Commercial Accounting

- Calculate and process customer discounts, interest, and scheme settlements.

- Upload credit notes, debit notes ensuring relevant statutory compliances in SAP.

- Maintain scheme trackers and pricing circular records.

- Support commercial accounting and receivable-related transactions.

6. Audit, Compliance &

- Governance

- Support internal and statutory audits through timely data submission.

- Participate in control reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

7.

Stakeholder

Management

- Provide timely support to Sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Resolve operational and documentation-related queries.

- Participate in customer visits and stock verification reviews periodically.
