Role & responsibilities
- Knows to derive Fixed Cost, Variable cost, Operational Expense, Net Margin, ROI, Break Even, Working Capital, and other key aspect of business.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
- Share Sales forecast, Performance, Gaps, and Business insights.
- Manage data in Excel & Google Sheets
- Prepare trackers, dashboards & reports
- Collect and verify data from different departments
- Works as second in command with Finance.
- Extract data from Tally and ERP independently for reporting
- Maintain records and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Advance Excel, Tables, Power Query
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Tally other ERP in finance
- Basic knowledge of dashboard preparation
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of AI tools
