Role & responsibilities
- Own month-end closing, financial reporting and MIS.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
- Drive revenue, margin and unit economics analysis.
- Manage GST, TDS, tax, ROC and payroll compliances.
- Handle statutory/internal audits and identify tax/cost leakages.
- Strengthen SOPs, financial controls and accounting processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA with 36 years experience post-qualification.
- Solid MIS, budgeting, and analysis skills.
- Solid on GST, TDS; hands-on with Accounting/ERP software.
- Startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and doing the work yourself.
- Curious about the business — asks why the number moved, not just what it is.
