– Finance Analyst

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA

Experience: 2–3 Years

Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and management decision-making. The role will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analysing business performance, monitoring budgets, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing meaningful financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting  Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.  Analyse monthly and quarterly financial performance and identify key variances.  Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide explanations for significant variances.  Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency.  Prepare Sales Flash Reports, MIS Reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations.  Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.  Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closing.  Assist in cash-flow planning and monitoring of working capital.  Calculate variable payouts for visiting consultants in accordance with the applicable MOU/agreements.

Statutory

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management  Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.  Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns.  Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws and regulations.  Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.



 Assist during statutory and internal audits and provide required schedules, documents, and supporting information.  Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trails.  Monitor internal financial controls and identify potential financial and operational risks.  Support implementation and improvement of internal controls and financial processes.

Key Skills &

Competencies  Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other financial formulas.  Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime or similar ERP/accounting systems.  Strong accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.  Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Robust coordination and time-management skills.  Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting and compliance deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Profile  2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, MIS, FP&A;, or Financial Analysis.  Candidates with experience in healthcare/consulting/service-oriented organisations will be preferred.  Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of financial data.  Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
