Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage the end-to-end finance and accounting functions , ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits .
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports .
- Manage month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

- CA / CA Inter CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, statutory compliance, and MIS.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
