Fianance Associate

Role Description The Finance Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for day-to-day finance operations, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Associate will assist in preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role includes working closely with other departments to clarify financial data, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Associate will also help identify process improvements and contribute to maintaining secure handling of financial information.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.




- Knowledge of finance principles and experience in financial services or corporate finance operations.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information clearly.
- Awareness of cybersecurity practices related to financial data protection and secure information handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting/ERP systems).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounts role within the travel, transportation, or service industry is an advantage.
