Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide BAU support for Finacle customizations — service requests, minor enhancements, and issue fixing during UAT and production deployment

- Fix faults in customization programs caused by errors/bugs in Finacle customization

- Advise on configuration/parameter changes for incidents; conduct impact analysis, data patch, rollback and implementation planning

- Communicate “not supported”/”not feasible” incidents with transparent reasoning

- Develop new Finacle customizations based on business requirements; prepare requirement and approach documents

- Conduct sanity testing of customizations before handover for UAT and production deployment

Mandatory Skills

- 2.5+ years of Finacle Customization experience

- Finacle 10.x/10.2x — Core, SVS, SSO, FI, C24, CSIS, CRM

- Finacle Customization IDE (Core Banking)

- Finacle Scripting IDE (Eclipse-based)

- Unix

- Oracle PL/SQL

- Finacle debugging and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in a bank support/BAU environment

- Exposure to multiple Finacle modules beyond core specialization

- Experience handling client/bank communication on incident feasibility
