Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi.

The Field Services

Engineer will install, commission, and service NDT, MPI, and Eddy current machines at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical support to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. The role involves conducting onsite inspections, calibrations, and system checks, documenting service activities,



and preparing service reports.

The Field Services

Engineer will interact closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, train operators on equipment usage, and coordinate with internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong field service capabilities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostics for electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
- Experience providing technical support, including resolving equipment issues and guiding customers on best practices.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, calibration, and inspection workflows.
- Solid customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering (or related discipline).
- Understanding of NDT methods (such as MPI, Eddy current, ultrasonic, or related technologies) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and work in industrial environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
