Coordinate and deploy field service engineers to customer sites.
- Handle customer service calls, complaints and breakdown requirements.
- Schedule AMC, AVS, preventive maintenance and routine service visits.
- Follow up with engineers regarding site attendance, work progress and completion.
- Coordinate with customers regarding engineer visits and service status.
- Track open, pending and completed service calls.
- Maintain service reports and customer/service documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for required spares and materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS for engineer deployment and service activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
