Z Power Impex Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our battery and energy solutions business in Jalandhar and Amritsar.

Candidates with experience in battery, inverter, lithium battery, solar, electrical or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
- Promote and sell lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, inverters, solar products and other energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Generate orders, follow up on business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular reports of market visits, sales activities, leads and order status.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the battery, inverter, solar or electrical industry.




- Experience in dealer/distributor handling, channel sales and market development.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Up to ₹25,000–₹28,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- TA/DA: Travel and daily allowances are provided separately from the salary, as per company policy.
