Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to develop business opportunities and increase sales of steel products in the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and industrial buyers.
- Promote steel products and explain product specifications and commercial terms.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers within approved limits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Monitor competitor activities, market demand, and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and visit records.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
- Experience in steel, metals, construction materials, or industrial products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
