We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our sales team. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, partner meetings, travelling, lead generation, and sales closure .

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calling, field visits, networking, and references.
- Identify and approach potential partners.
- Understand customer/partner requirements and suggest suitable Backup & Storage solutions.
- Promote products such as QNAP, Veeam & NAKIVO .
- Conduct regular partner visits and product discussions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Backup & Storage will be preferred.
- Knowledge of QNAP, Veeam or NAKIVO will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and travelling.




- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
