Job Responsibilities

- Visit local shops, offices, institutions, startups, and other businesses to generate sales leads.
- Promote and explain the company's web development and digital marketing services.
- Identify customers who need websites, software, mobile applications, or online marketing.
- Present service plans and coordinate with the company for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful deals.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with the company's team for project requirements and order processing.
- Achieve sales targets and increase business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Commission Plan – Per Successful Deal Service Commission :-

Website Designing Services ₹500

E-commerce Website Designing ₹600

Web Application Designing ₹800

Software Designing Services ₹1,000

Mobile Application Designing Services ₹1,200

Digital Marketing Services₹600





Commission Payment Terms

- Commission is payable for each eligible deal successfully closed by the Field Sales Executive.
- A deal will be considered successful after the company receives the applicable customer payment, as per company policy.
- Commission eligibility, payment timing, and any applicable conditions will be communicated before the deal is confirmed.
- The commission plan may be revised by the company with prior communication.

Skills Required
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in field visits and business meetings.
- Basic knowledge of websites, software, and digital marketing, or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivation, honesty, and a result-oriented attitude.
