Milan Care is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves identifying potential customers, meeting clients in person, understanding their insurance needs, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, premiums, and policy terms clearly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and handle customer queries and objections.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales,



insurance sales, banking, financial services, or a similar role preferred.
- Driving license is required
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and field visits.
