Field Sales Executive – School ERP / EdTech

GKC EdVance by GKCodeLabs is an AI-powered school communication and management platform designed to simplify everyday school operations. The app enables schools to manage homework, attendance, notices, class updates, parent communication, grievance handling, and AI-based queries through one easy-to-use platform.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to represent GKC EdVance across Dehradun. The role involves visiting schools, meeting decision-makers, delivering product demos, and converting interested schools into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit prospective schools in and around Dehradun.
- Build professional relationships with Principals, School Directors, Administrators, and management teams.
- Present and demonstrate the GKC EdVance platform and its benefits.
- Understand each school’s current process for parent communication, homework, attendance, and notices.
- Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Support schools during the initial onboarding and pilot period.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of school visits,



leads, meetings, and follow-up status.
- Work towards monthly school onboarding targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, education sales, school ERP, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable meeting senior school management and giving in-person demos.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in Dehradun and willing to travel locally for school visits.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also apply.

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentive for every school successfully onboarded.
- Initial appointment will be for one month; based on performance, the role may be converted into a permanent position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
