Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate recent business, meet potential customers, explain company products/services, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Visit potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services and prepare suitable proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations,



technical requirements, and order processing.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up where applicable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Positive presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/software.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
