Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling banking products such as loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 0.3-2 years of experience in field sales or a related role in the finance industry.
- Solid understanding of banking products including loans, credit cards, deposits accounts etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
