We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B sales of foam, cushions, mattresses, upholstery materials, or related products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current B2B customers, managing existing clients, generating sales leads, conducting regular market visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B customers and leads through field visits.
- Sell foam, cushions, PU foam and related products to furniture, mattress, sofa, upholstery and other businesses.
- Manage existing customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Handle quotations, price negotiation, order follow-ups and collections.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the assigned market.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in foam, cushions, furniture or mattress industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
