Job Summary

EcolAgro Venture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Ecomposter, an eco-friendly composting solution. The candidate will be responsible for visiting nurseries, households, gardening stores, and other potential customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit nurseries, gardening shops, plant dealers, and residential areas to promote and sell Ecomposter.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and explain the product's features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales orders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with nursery owners, gardeners, and customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of composting and waste management.
- Identify current sales opportunities in assigned areas.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer details, and sales records.




- Follow up with potential customers to close pending sales.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or any graduate with an interest in agriculture, gardening, or sales.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation Salary: As per company norms and candidate experience, along with applicable sales incentives.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
