Yuvaparipalan Foundation is looking for confident, energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to represent our Changepreneur Program at leading malls and commercial locations in Kochi.

The role involves engaging with visitors, introducing the program, explaining its benefits, generating leads and converting interested individuals into participants/members.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and visitors at assigned locations.
- Introduce and explain the Changepreneur Program.
- Understand customer needs and communicate relevant benefits.
- Generate leads and drive conversions.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Represent Yuvaparipalan Foundation professionally.





Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and approachable personality.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a mall/commercial environment.
- Languages: Malayalam, English & Basic Hindi.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales/retail/customer-facing experience is an advantage.
