About the OpportunityWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales & Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, and converting business opportunities into confirmed orders.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to local businesses, commercial establishments, clubs, event venues, residential societies, and organizations across Ahmedabad.

The selected candidate will help generate business in two exciting sectors:

1. IT, AI & Digital Services

Introduce businesses to our digital solutions, including:

- Professional website design and development
- E-commerce websites and online stores
- AI-powered business solutions and automation
- Digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Business websites, landing pages, and custom applications
- AI consultation and digital transformation services

Target Customers: Retail stores, showrooms, restaurants, hotels, clinics, hospitals, coaching institutes, educational institutions, real estate businesses, manufacturers, service providers, and other local establishments.

2. Live Musical Shows & Entertainment Events

Identify and develop opportunities for professional live musical performances and entertainment programs, including:

- Wedding Sangeet Sandhya and family celebrations
- Society functions and cultural events
- Birthday and anniversary celebrations
- School and college reunions
- Corporate functions and annual events
- Club events and association gatherings
- Theme-based Bollywood musical shows
- Audio-visual digital musical entertainment programs

Target Customers: Wedding planners, banquet halls, party plots, event venues, residential societies, clubs, corporate offices, schools, colleges, community organizations,



and event management agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and business establishments across Ahmedabad.
- Introduce our services and identify genuine customer requirements.
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, event coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and personal visits.
- Coordinate with our technical and event teams for proposals, quotations, and bookings.
- Develop referral partnerships with wedding planners, venue managers, and other professionals.
- Maintain daily visit records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
- Work toward agreed business development and sales targets.
- Help convert prospective opportunities into confirmed projects and event bookings.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Confidence in approaching new businesses and meeting decision-makers.
- Good understanding of Ahmedabad's local business environment.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or event services is an advantage.
- Positive negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with regular field visits.
- Smartphone proficiency for WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic reporting.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
