: Field Recruiter, Last Mile Delivery

Department: Operations / Last Mile

Location: Chittoor (dark store, with field travel within Chittoor town and nearby mandals)

Reports to: Area Manager / Dark Store Manager The responsibilities, daily schedule and KPIs stay the same as the version above.

Rider Sourcing

- Source riders from Chittoor town and surrounding areas and mandals, through local walk-ins, referrals, and field drives at bus stand areas, markets, and local labour points.
- Tap into existing delivery and gig worker networks in the town, and make use of staffing partners where needed.
- Build a standby pool of riders for peak days such as weekends, festivals, and market days.

Field Coverage

- Travel within the Chittoor delivery radius for walk-in interviews, document verification, and rider follow-ups.
- Maintain a local area map of colonies and landmarks, and brief new riders on routes, difficult addresses,



and no-go or low-network zones.

Language and Skills

- Fluent Telugu is required, along with good local area knowledge of Chittoor.
- Basic Hindi or English is helpful for reports and app usage.

COD Handling

- Collect cash from riders at the end of every shift and deposit it at the store cashier or nearest bank branch on the same day.
- Push UPI/QR payment at the doorstep to reduce cash carried by riders in a smaller town setup.

Requirements (updated)

- 1-3 years in field recruitment, delivery operations, or retail/logistics, preferably in Chittoor or a similar Tier 3 market.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler.
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and festival days.
