Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct planned field visits to potential referral and business partners across assigned Mumbai territories.
2. Begin with real estate brokers, property managers, interior designers, furniture stores, serviced apartments, coliving operators and coworking centres; subsequently work on other industries based on company priorities.
3. Introduce Marshal’s services and referral partnership programme using approved presentations, scripts and marketing material.
4. Identify and speak with business owners or relevant decision-makers, understand their customer requirements and evaluate partnership potential.
5. Generate qualified opportunities, schedule follow-up meetings and assist in activating suitable referral partners.
6. Maintain accurate daily records of visits, contacts, discussions,



outcomes and next actions in the company’s CRM or reporting system.
7. Follow up professionally with interested partners and coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
8. Share field feedback, competitor information and market observations to help improve campaigns.
9. Work towards weekly targets based on verified visits, qualified conversations, meetings and partner activations—not merely raw contact collection.
10. Represent Marshal professionally and follow company guidelines regarding pricing, commissions, customer information and commitments.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
