The Role

Yexis Electronics distributes HP, Samsung, LG and Zoho products, and provides AV, data-centre and HVAC solutions to businesses across Tamil Nadu. As a Geography Sales Manager, you'll own a territory (Chennai Central, Chennai South, or TN West), meeting business and institutional customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, and guiding them from first conversation to a closed deal. You'll be the face of Yexis in your region.

What You'll Do

● Meet with business decision-makers in your territory to understand their needs

● Present the right Yexis products and solutions, and prepare proposals

● Build and grow a pipeline of enterprise, institutional and channel accounts

● Follow up on invoices to keep collections on track

● Keep your activity updated in our CRM, and join a short daily check-in and weekly review

What We're Looking For

● Any degree (Engineering or MBA preferred, not mandatory)

● 2+ years of experience in field sales, B2B or channel sales





● Confident meeting senior decision-makers and building relationships

● Good communication in Tamil and English

● Own a two-wheeler / four-wheeler with a valid licence, and enjoy being out in the field

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 fixed monthly salary (based on experience), plus field allowances, performance-linked variable pay, and a strong incentive for going above target.
