: Field Executive – Property Identification & Preschool Setup

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Executive to identify suitable properties and coordinate the setup of new preschool centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and inspect suitable properties for new preschool centres.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and franchisees.
- Negotiate rental terms and assist with property finalization.
- Coordinate interiors, painting, furniture, branding, and other setup activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely centre readiness.
- Maintain property records and submit regular reports to management.
- Travel to assigned locations as required.





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, field operations, or business development preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of local property markets and basic MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
