Field Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and committed Field Coordinator to support the implementation of community development and livelihood projects in rural and tribal communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate field-level project activities and ensure smooth implementation.
- Mobilise community members and engage with beneficiaries, women’s groups and community peer leaders.
- Conduct village visits, meetings, awareness sessions and training activities.
- Maintain attendance records, beneficiary data, registers and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports.
- Coordinate with the project team and support day-to-day field operations.

Eligibility & Skills
- BSW, MSW, Rural Development or a related qualification preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills preferred.
- Positive communication and community engagement skills.




- Willingness to travel to nearby villages and work closely with rural and tribal communities.
- Prior experience in community mobilisation or field-level project implementation is an advantage.
