We are looking for a confident and motivated Field Business Development Executive to build partnerships with companies, HR teams, and educational institutions.

Job Summary

You will meet HR managers, business owners, and college officials at appointments arranged by our telecalling and inside sales team. Your responsibility is to establish recruitment partnerships, promote job platform services, onboard colleges, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

This is an appointment-based field sales role. Meetings will be arranged for you, allowing you to focus on client relationships, partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend pre-booked meetings with HR managers, business owners, and company representatives.
- Establish recruitment and staffing partnerships with companies through CoreTalents, starting with free tie-ups and progressing to paid hiring services.
- Visit colleges and placement cells to onboard them onto Velai Vaaippu.




- Coordinate with colleges to plan campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Promote and sell job postings and hiring promotion services to companies through Velai Vaaippu.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and generate referrals from existing contacts.
- Collect company hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate client details, meeting outcomes, and follow-up records in the CRM sheet after every visit.

Requirements

- Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
- Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable interacting with HR managers, business owners, and college officials.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Puducherry and nearby areas.
- Any degree.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in sales, HR, recruitment, or college outreach is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹16,000.
- Monthly travel allowance of ₹2,000.
