Role Description The Field Auditor is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves conducting field audits of media-related operations, processes, and compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.

The Field

Auditor will collect and analyze data, review documentation, and prepare clear, accurate audit reports and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include visiting designated locations, engaging with stakeholders to clarify findings, troubleshooting operational issues identified during audits, and following up on corrective actions. The role also supports training and awareness activities related to audit processes and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement in media operations and governance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and assess compliance with policies and procedures.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, conduct interviews, and present audit findings clearly in written and verbal form.




- Candidates should possess troubleshooting capabilities to identify root causes of operational issues and recommend practical, actionable solutions.
- Candidates should demonstrate customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Candidates should have training skills or experience in delivering guidance and awareness sessions related to audit processes, standards, or operational improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in auditing, accounting, business, media management, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in field auditing, compliance, or operational review, ideally within media, public sector, or regulated environments, is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently on-site in Chennai, as well as within cross-functional teams.
