Designation- Associate/ Sr Associate

- Academics: Minimum 70% in 10th,12th.
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi & English
- Travel: Yes, open for travel
- Laptop: The candidate needs to use his laptop

- CTC: 75k/m to 80k/m (subjected to their last drawn and interview performance)

Location:- Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi/Banaras, with possible travel and deployment across Uttar Pradesh Please Note: This is a contractual role for 4.5 Months [November to Mid 2026- March 2027], with possible extension based on project requirements and performance review

Key Responsibilities:-

The role involves driving on-ground execution of campaigns at Assembly Constituency (AC) level across Uttar Pradesh. The individual will work across field activations, voter outreach, community and digital engagement, stakeholder coordination,



content creation, and local media monitoring.

- Documentation and Local Research: Support local research and information management by compiling and maintaining relevant databases, stakeholder information, institutional inputs, and location-based insights to support planning and execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify critical issues, apply solid analytical skills, and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Campaign Coordination: Drive end-to-end management of various campaign activities, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Activity Planning and Stakeholder Coordination: Complete pre-activity checklists, confirm stakeholder and participant availability, coordinate local administrative approvals, and physically survey venues for layout, connectivity, safety and crowd flow.
