We are looking for a confident and motivated Field Business Development Executive to expand our client base and build robust relationships with business owners.

Job Summary

As a Field Business Development Executive, you will meet business owners at appointments arranged by our telecalling and inside sales team. Your primary responsibility is to explain our digital services, convert prospects into paying clients, and develop long-term business relationships.

This is an appointment-based field sales role. You will receive booked meetings, allowing you to focus on sales and client conversion rather than spending your entire day searching for prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend pre-booked meetings with business owners in Puducherry and nearby areas.
- Understand customer requirements and explain BM TechX services, including websites, Google Business Profile, SEO, social media management, and AI chatbots.
- Prepare quotations, discuss pricing,



collect advance payments, and close sales.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
- Generate referrals from existing prospects and customers and arrange additional meetings.
- Visit nearby businesses when appropriate to identify new sales opportunities.
- Convert one-time projects into monthly service contracts and retainers.
- Update customer details, meeting outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM sheet after every visit.

Requirements

- Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
- Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Confident in meeting business owners and presenting services.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Puducherry and nearby areas.
- Any degree or 12th pass.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; sales or marketing experience is an advantage.

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹16,000.
