Job Overview We are urgently looking for two smart, presentable and professional Fem-ale Front Desk Executives for our hospital. The second hospital is scheduled to open on 1st November, so immediate hiring is required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Fem-ale candidates with a smart and professional personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident and presentable appearance
- Comfortable wearing a saree as part of the mandatory qualified dress code
- Good patient-handling and visitor-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills
- Hospital or healthcare front-desk experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Manage reception, appointments and patient registrations
- Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries
- Coordinate with doctors,



nursing staff and other departments
- Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation
- Guide patients regarding consultations and hospital services
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming
