Job Title: FEBA Support Engineer

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary The FEBA Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 application and production support for FEBA/Oracle Banking applications. The role involves monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, defect analysis, production issue resolution and coordination with development, infrastructure and database teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for FEBA applications.
- Monitor application failures, incidents and batch/interface issues.
- Troubleshoot FEBA, database, interface and integration-related problems.
- Analyze logs and perform technical debugging.
- Perform RCA for recurring and critical production issues.
- Coordinate with development, database, middleware, infrastructure and network teams.
- Support incident, problem, change and release management.
- Assist with deployments, releases, patches and application health checks.
- Support SIT/UAT and production validation.
- Maintain incident documentation,



RCA reports and knowledge articles.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in FEBA/Oracle Banking Application Support.
- Hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle FEBA.
- Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills.
- Experience with application logs, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Java/J2EE.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of incident, problem and change management.
- Experience with application deployment and release activities.
- Strong RCA and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Good To Have

- Core Banking experience.
- Payments, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking exposure.
- Experience with banking application integrations.
- Willingness to work from Andheri, Mumbai.
