Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee restaurant operations, staff management, customer service, and food and beverage service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience managing daily restaurant activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise restaurant staff, including service staff, stewards, and supervisors.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.




- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor restaurant expenses and support cost-control activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
- Prepare operational reports and update management.
- Train staff on service standards and restaurant procedures.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
