Rangmanch Farms is a 20+ acre resort and events venue near Gurugram. We host weddings, corporate events and day outings round the year. We are hiring an F&B; Captain to lead our steward team during functions and events and for our various dining restaurants.

What you will do

- Lead a team of stewards during outings, banquets and weddings

- Set up stations, tables and buffet counters before each function as per the service plan

- Supervise service during the function buffet refills, guest requests, VIP tables, cleanliness

- Coordinate with the kitchen for refills and timing

- Brief the stewards before every function — grooming, stations, responsibilities — and train recent team members on our SOPs

- Close down after the function: equipment counts, breakage report, store handover

Who should apply

- 3–6 years in F&B; service, with at least 1 year as a captain or senior steward

- Banquet and buffet service experience — hotel, banquet hall, resort or caterer

- Good Hindi; basic English

- 6 days a week. Weekends and event days are working days; weekly off on a weekday.
