Position: F&B; Associate

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Support daily outlet operations and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and team for smooth service.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
