Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern with PPO

Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Type: Full-time Internship with PPO

Duration: 6 months

Modo Caldo is looking for a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern who is creative, organised and highly attentive to detail, with a strong eye for fashion and an excellent command of fashion illustration.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in the end-to-end management of production , from sampling and sourcing to final garment completion.
- Assist with designing and developing collections , including research, concept development and garment detailing.
- Create high-quality fashion sketches and technical illustrations for designs and production.
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality.
- Assist in managing stockists , including inventory, orders, dispatches and communication.
- Maintain production,



sampling and merchandising records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong fashion design fundamentals and exceptional sketching skills .
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics and finishes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment.

PPO: Candidates demonstrating strong design ability, ownership, consistency and performance during the internship may be offered a full-time position with Modo Caldo . Location: Modo Caldo Studio, Rajouri Garden, Recent Delhi.
