We are looking for a hands-on Retail Operations & E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store while ensuring our Shopify backend, inventory, sales reporting, and order fulfilment processes run smoothly.

The role is suited for someone who understands specialty retail, is comfortable working with customers and store teams, and is equally confident handling Shopify, POS systems, Excel, inventory and operational reporting.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues independently.

Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Monitor opening/closing procedures, billing, stock movement and general store readiness.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed, tagged and available for sale.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements, replenishment and operational issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to store operations.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records across physical store, POS and Shopify.
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Track stock movement, transfers, damages, returns and adjustments.
- Coordinate stock replenishment based on sales and inventory requirements.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

3. Shopify & E-commerce Operations

- Manage day-to-day Shopify backend operations.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, variants and inventory.
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement to fulfilment.




- Ensure accurate order status updates and inventory synchronisation.
- Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners for dispatches, deliveries and returns.
- Monitor and resolve basic online order issues.

4. Sales & Reporting

- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- Reconcile sales between POS, Shopify and actual collections.
- Track store sales, online sales, returns, discounts and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular inventory and sales reports for management.
- Use Excel to analyse sales and stock data and highlight discrepancies or trends.
- Maintain accurate records with minimal errors.

5. POS & Store Technology

- Operate and manage the store POS system.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to POS, barcode scanners, printers and other store equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant vendors/support teams when technical issues require escalation.
- Ensure POS and Shopify remain aligned and operational.
- Support the team in adopting and correctly using store technology.

6. Customer & Order Support

- Assist customers with in-store queries and transactions.
- Handle basic online order queries related to availability, order status, delivery and returns.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-focused experience across store and online interactions.

7. Coordination & Process Improvement

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, e-commerce and management teams as required.
- Identify gaps in store and e-commerce processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Maintain operational checklists and ensure processes are followed consistently.
- Take ownership of issues rather than only escalating them.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
