Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Dehra Dun.

The Fashion

Consultant will guide clients in selecting designer outfits for various occasions, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure that each client’s preferences and fit requirements are understood and met.

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the inventory, advising on trends, fabrics, and silhouettes, and coordinating fittings and alterations as needed. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service in the showroom,



supporting sales and rental conversions, and promoting sustainable fashion choices aligned with the brand’s ethos.

The Fashion

Consultant will also collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays and contribute feedback on customer trends and product demand.

Qualifications

- Strong fashion consulting and styling skills, with the ability to advise clients on outfits, accessories, and overall looks.
- Solid product knowledge of designer wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a client-centered and inclusive approach.
- Sales abilities, including converting consultations into rentals or purchases and working toward showroom targets.
- Attention to detail in fit, garment care, and presentation, with a focus on maintaining a premium customer experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehra Dun, including weekends or peak seasons as needed.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury customer service is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion, Design, Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
- Interest in sustainable and circular fashion practices and willingness to promote environmentally conscious choices.
