Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is looking for a dedicated and qualified Psychology Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom teaching, supporting students academically, and contributing to a disciplined and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and effective lectures in Psychology for nursing and paramedical students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and other academic resources.
- Explain psychological concepts, theories, and applications in a transparent and practical manner.
- Conduct tutorials, discussions, assessments, assignments, and internal examinations.
- Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, lesson plans, and other required documentation.
- Guide and support students in their academic development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative team for smooth academic operations.
- Maintain professional discipline, punctuality,



and a student-focused approach.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a college, university, nursing college, paramedical institute, or similar academic institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and good classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students and faculty members.
- Candidates with experience teaching Psychology to Nursing/Paramedical students will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
