Position: Farm Supervisor

Industry: Livestock / Dairy Farming

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate; Diploma or relevant training in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, or Dairy Farming preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily farm operations and ensure smooth functioning of farm activities.
- Monitor animal health, feeding, watering, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate and maintain records of Artificial Insemination (AI) activities and breeding schedules.
- Monitor heat detection, breeding cycles, pregnancy diagnosis schedules, and follow-up activities in coordination with veterinary professionals.
- Ensure proper handling and care of animals during breeding and other farm activities.
- Maintain records of animal identification, insemination dates, pregnancy status, calving, and health treatments.
- Coordinate with veterinary doctors and field staff for animal health and breeding-related requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and biosecurity practices across the farm.
- Supervise farm workers and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor feed inventory, medicines, equipment,



and other farm supplies.
- Prepare daily and periodic reports on farm performance, breeding activities, animal health, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with farm SOPs, animal welfare practices, and safety procedures.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Artificial Insemination (AI) and animal breeding practices.
- Understanding of animal health, nutrition, and farm management.
- Positive record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with veterinary staff.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility
- 12th pass or graduate; relevant animal husbandry or dairy farming qualifications preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in farm supervision, livestock management, or AI-related activities preferred.
- Practical knowledge of animal breeding and farm operations will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at the farm location and manage daily operational responsibilities.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
