- Process Skills
- Plastics Processing Knowledge: Deep understanding of core methods like injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming, including machine setup, tool/mold changes, and trial runs.
- Machinery &
- Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose mechanical or material issues (e.g., flash, warpage, short shots) to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control &
- Standards:
Knowledge of ISO standards, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and dimensional/visual inspections to ensure products meet exact specs.
- Lean Manufacturing: Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction methodologies to streamline the shop floor.
- Software &
- Systems:
Competency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or specialized modules like
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
