कंपनी को विभिन्न फैक्ट्री-फ्लोर पदों के लिए मेहनती, जिम्मेदार एवं अनुशासित उम्मीदवारों की आवश्यकता है।

उपलब्ध पद1. Bale Packaging / Bale Making Labourबेल पैकिंग / बेल बनाने वाला कर्मचारी

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- तैयार PP Woven Bags को निर्धारित मात्रा के अनुसार सही तरीके से पैक करना।
- बैगों को व्यवस्थित करके Bale बनाने के लिए तैयार करना।
- Bale Packing एवं Bale Making के कार्य में सहायता करना।
- बैगों को सही तरीके से दबाकर (Compress करके), पैक एवं सुरक्षित करना।
- प्रत्येक Bale में निर्धारित संख्या में बैग हैं या नहीं, इसकी जांच करना।
- तैयार Bale को फैक्ट्री में निर्धारित स्थान पर ले जाना एवं व्यवस्थित करना।
- Packing Area में साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
- Production Supervisor द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करना।
- बैग, Bale एवं Packing Material को सुरक्षित तरीके से संभालना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकता:

- किसी विशेष शैक्षणिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता नहीं।
- Factory/Packing का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ एवं मेहनत करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- मेहनती एवं उत्पादन वातावरण में काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।

1. Bag Counting & Collection Labourबैग गिनने एवं मशीन से बैग इकट्ठा करने वाला कर्मचारी

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- Printing Machine से निकलने वाले Printed PP Bags को इकट्ठा करना।
- बैगों की सही तरीके से गिनती करना, सामान्यतः 100 बैग तक।
- गिने हुए बैगों को सही तरीके से व्यवस्थित करके रखना।
- प्रत्येक Lot में निर्धारित संख्या में बैग हैं, यह सुनिश्चित करना।
- खराब, गलत प्रिंट वाले या Defective Bags को अलग करना और Supervisor/Operator को बताना।
- Printing Machine के अंत में आने वाले बैगों को लगातार और व्यवस्थित तरीके से संभालना।
- गिने हुए बैगों को अगली Production Process के लिए Packing/Transfer करने में सहायता करना।
- मशीन के आसपास साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकता:

- 100 तक सही तरीके से गिनती करना आना चाहिए।
- अंकों एवं सामान्य गिनती की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
- अधिक शैक्षणिक योग्यता आवश्यक नहीं है।
- Factory का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- ध्यानपूर्वक एवं लगातार गिनती का कार्य करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

1. BCS Machine OperatorBCS मशीन ऑपरेटर

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- Production Requirement के अनुसार BCS Machine को चलाना।
- बैग/फैब्रिक को मशीन में सही तरीके से Feed एवं Handle करना।
- Production के दौरान मशीन की लगातार निगरानी करना।




- दिए गए निर्देश के अनुसार मशीन की Speed एवं Production Flow को बनाए रखना।
- मशीन से निकलने वाले बैगों की Quality की जांच करना।
- Defective Bags की पहचान करके Supervisor को जानकारी देना।
- आवश्यकता के अनुसार Basic Machine Adjustments करना।
- मशीन एवं आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ रखना।
- सभी Safety एवं Machine Operating Instructions का पालन करना।
- Production Discipline बनाए रखना एवं Material Wastage को कम करना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकता:

- BCS Machine चलाने का पूर्व अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- PP Woven Bags Manufacturing का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- मशीन संचालन की Basic Understanding होनी चाहिए।
- जिम्मेदार, सावधान एवं आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Shift में काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।

1. Online Flexographic Printing Machine OperatorOnline Flexographic Printing Machine ऑपरेटर

कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- PP Woven Bags/Fabric पर Printing के लिए Online Flexographic Printing Machine चलाना।
- दिए गए Printing Specifications के अनुसार मशीन को Set एवं Operate करना।
- Production के दौरान Printing Quality, Alignment, Colour एवं Registration की निगरानी करना।
- Fabric/Bags की मशीन में सही Feeding सुनिश्चित करना।
- Production के दौरान Printed Material की लगातार जांच करना।
- Printing में होने वाले Defects की पहचान करना एवं आवश्यकता के अनुसार सुधार करना।
- मशीन की उचित Speed एवं Production Efficiency बनाए रखना।
- Ink, Fabric एवं अन्य Material की Wastage को कम करना।
- मशीन की Basic Cleaning एवं Routine Operating Activities करना।
- Production Supervisor एवं अन्य Production Staff के साथ समन्वय करके काम करना।
- सभी Safety Rules का पालन करना एवं मशीन के आसपास साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना।
- निर्धारित Production Target एवं Quality Standards को पूरा करना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकता:

- Flexographic Printing Machine चलाने का पूर्व अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- PP Woven Bag/Fabric Printing का अनुभव अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
- Printing Quality, Colour, Registration एवं Machine Operation की जानकारी वांछनीय है।
- अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- जिम्मेदार एवं सावधानीपूर्वक Production Environment में काम करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

- मेहनती एवं शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए।
- समय का पाबंद एवं अनुशासित होना चाहिए।
- Factory/Production Setting में काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
- Supervisor द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का सही तरीके से पालन करना चाहिए।
- नियमित उपस्थिति एवं अच्छी Work Discipline होनी चाहिए।
- Team के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Shift में काम करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
- PP Woven Bags, Packaging, Printing या Manufacturing Industry का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

About the Company

Venkteshwar Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of PP woven bags and flexible packaging products. Our production process involves fabric handling, cutting, stitching, printing, bag counting, packing and bale preparation.

We are looking for hardworking, responsible and disciplined candidates for various factory-floor positions.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Bale Packaging / Bale Making Labour

Job Responsibilities:

- Pack finished PP woven bags properly as per the required quantity.
- Arrange and align bags before making the bale.
- Operate/assist in bale packing and bale-making activities.
- Ensure bags are properly compressed, packed and secured.
- Check that the correct quantity of bags is packed in each bale.
- Handle and move finished bales within the factory.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the packing area.
- Follow instructions given by the production supervisor.
- Ensure safe handling of bags, bales and packing materials.

Requirements:

- No specific educational qualification required.
- Previous factory/packing experience will be preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Must be hardworking and willing to work in a production environment.

2. Bag Counting & Collection Labour

Job Responsibilities:

- Collect printed PP bags coming out of the printing machine.
- Count bags accurately, generally in lots of up to 100 bags.
- Arrange and stack the counted bags properly.
- Ensure correct quantity is maintained in each lot.
- Identify and separate damaged, improperly printed or defective bags and inform the supervisor/operator.
- Maintain a continuous flow of bags at the end of the printing machine.
- Assist in packing and transferring counted bags to the next production stage.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the machine area.

Requirements:

- Must be able to count accurately up to 100.
- Basic understanding of numbers is required.
- No high educational qualification is necessary.
- Previous factory experience will be an advantage.
- Must be attentive and capable of repetitive counting work.

3. BCS Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate the BCS machine as per production requirements.
- Feed and handle bags/fabric properly into the machine.
- Monitor machine operation during production.
- Maintain proper machine speed and production flow as instructed.
- Check the quality of bags produced by the machine.
- Identify defective bags and inform the supervisor.
- Carry out basic operational adjustments as instructed.
- Keep the machine and surrounding area clean.
- Follow all safety and operating instructions.
- Maintain production discipline and minimize material wastage.

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating BCS machines will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant PP woven bag manufacturing experience will be given preference.
- Basic understanding of machine operation is required.
- Must be responsible, attentive and willing to work in shifts if required.

4. Online Flexographic Printing Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate the online flexographic printing machine for printing on PP woven bags/fabric.
- Set and operate the machine according to the required printing specifications.
- Monitor printing quality, alignment, colour and registration during production.
- Ensure proper feeding of fabric/bags through the machine.
- Check printed material continuously during production.
- Identify printing defects and take corrective action where required.
- Maintain proper machine speed and production efficiency.
- Minimize ink, fabric and other material wastage.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine operational activities.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and other production staff.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
- Ensure production targets and required quality standards are achieved.

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating a flexographic printing machine will be preferred.
- Experience in PP woven bag/fabric printing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of printing quality, colour, registration and machine operation is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant printing-machine experience will be given preference.
- Must be responsible and able to work carefully in a production environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
